The Satori Group is an international consultancy that provides essential strategy, marketing and business development services to the start up or early stage company.
Our primary involvement with our clients comes in the formative stages of a business plan or early stages of implementation. Our clients retain us on a project-basis, and utilize either individual contributors (for specific areas of expertise) or a specialized team that is developed to address specific case requirements.
Our involvement is usually three to twelve months in term, with Satori Group professionals rotating through the various stages of development (in conjunction with established project phases). We utilize the Strategic Framework Model to establish an overall attack plan - then agree resources required at specific intervals throughout our engagement.
Our compensation is closely tied to the results we are able to generate through our engagement with our clients. Often we minimize or defer cash compensation in exchange for an equity interest in the plans we help develop.
